Lunsford has been servicing our home for over 8 years, and office communication and field staff have always been outstanding. We just upgraded to a side discharge VFD equipped Amana unit. Chance and Kyler were our installation techs, and were very personable. They were polite, and the work was clean, quick and efficient. Matthew is our regular service and repair tech and has the patience of Job. I ask a lot of questions and "what ifs", and Matthew gave me straight answers and presented several options to consider. All three gents made sure we were happy with the install location and all work. After all's said and done, we have been very satisfied with Lundsford Air and all their staff. Also, kudos to Barry, he spent a fair bit of time about a year ago putting together 3 seperate estimates for different units, that was much appreciated. The sales manager visited my residence where I was provided a detailed list of all items to be provided and work performed. While at my home, he emailed several options of brands and prices for a complete installation. The two men that arrived to install the heat pump were very courteous. The heat pump closet and decking inside turned out very professional, far improvement from previous. I must say the unit installation inside and out by the installers is very clean and professional. Jeremiah led the team that did the installation. They did an amazingly professional job. The attention to detail shows that they take pride in their work. The system works flawlessly. When I called with a follow-up question regarding the remote, Barry (the salesperson) offered to immediately drive over to our home to answer the question in person. I’ve had a great experience with Lunsford Air Conditioning and Heating! After experiencing issues with my unit, they were quick to respond—even during weekends and after hours—to ensure everything was back up and running smoothly. Their promptness is impressive, whether it’s addressing a problem or completing regular maintenance checks. Nico, in particular, did an excellent job cleaning my unit, inspecting the ducts, and repairing ductwork to ensure optimal airflow. He even provided photos and a detailed report, which I really appreciated. On top of that, they shared helpful tips for keeping my unit in great shape between visits. Their communication regarding upcoming appointments is excellent, but I do wish they sent reminders for scheduling maintenance—it’s easy to let it slip with a busy schedule.
